Holy F*ck!! This is what our school system produces.

When the teens of our country are this ignorant, socially inept, bigoted and mis-educated do we have really any hope?

Sorry this video just bummed me out. I was feeling pretty chipper this morning before seeing this. Now I can't get the "Oh so an Indian person is like a mix of an African person and an Asian person. But your still Christian, right?" out of my head. It BURNS!!!!

To clean your mind after watching, I suggest perusing a few vids by a youtube user beautyintheuniverse. If you are a YouTube atheist you also know him as the Creatard battling Thunderf00t. The vids of his cross country tour bring back my sanity.

Edit: I was duped. It's a POE. If you, like myself, prefer to have evidence rather than just take it on faith follow the comment trail. Poor taste.

Wait hold on a sec here. Who's jumping to conclusions other than you. You think that a little chuckle is absolute proof that the video is a fake? And without a single FACT you start insulting people for disagreeing with you? How very xtian of you.

Sarah Palin might not represent all Americans... but enough of you felt she was enough of a leader to place in charge of an entire freaking state.

Now THAT is scary.

I wouldn't trust her to hold my ice cream while I pay.

Glad you're open to the possibility, Tyson. Watch it again a few times and you'll see the girls, especially Molly and Saraa, fighting not to laugh.

You know I sure hope you're right Nate. Though, I'll have to see something a bit more convincing than a questionable POE to sell me that boat. But I really really do hope you are right.

Isn't it just reinforcing their beliefs, by seeing more people out there confirming their world view?

So be it. The joke's on them. But this generation of kids smart enough to satirize the uglier parts of the world that surrounds them are making it clear that, in some places anyway, ignorance and indoctrination are on their way out.

I have to agree. Every time felch comments on anything it includes how mistaken someone is.

Guess I need to read some definitions myself. Checked out the definition of POE and POE's Law, I guess that's the purpose, for it to be impossible to tell the difference. Actual satire seems like it would be more effective. As I asked before, if they just walk away nodding their heads how does it accomplish anything? Isn't it just reinforcing their beliefs, by seeing more people out there confirming their world view?

felch grogan If a single xtian confuses a genuine preacher for a POE, its mission accomplished.

Please explain to me how it accomplishes anything if the xtian walks away thinking to themselves "Yup that's right, them two girls are good American true Christians!!"????

If it doesn't pose a blatant contradiction they can't help seeing, which makes them think about the absurdity of their beliefs, what good does it do?

felch grogan Who's being sarcastic ?

Ok, a definition of sarcasm for you as I used it: a sneering or cutting remark.

And each and every comment of yours has been full of it. Are you capable of saying anything without shitting on someone else?

Daniél Pio Apostata Edward Current is my hero. If you play an hour of him and an hour of the Onion, I'll die of laughter. It's a great way to go.

Absolutely, but I might throw some Mr. Deity in there for some true side splitting hilarity.

If anyone is looking for POEs that are actually funny check out edwardcurrent on YouTube. That's what I consider useful and entertaining satire.
