That condescending bit at the end about: "Of course god sent you to us," aimed at Tom Hanks' character was just too ridiculous for words.  The sad thing is that that is PRECISELY how they think!

One of the CERN scientists said there is less than a milligram of anti-matter on earth. But then, that's why it's called fiction.

Made me want to read the book again. Hats off to Ron Howard and his team! Draws you into the history behind the Vatican's glib pronouncements and skewers their fright of progress. By the end you have seen who is suppressing science and why secular government is so necessary for human progress to continue!
