It’s by the Humanists of Sarasota Bay.  The reason it’s so superb and wonderful is that Pot Stories of and Humanist Essays of Barbara Walker and I has just been added to the recommended Reading List—to me, anyway.

I’m really honored to be in the company of such important authors.  I made the joke:  if the majority of Americans read these books it would it would knock modern “In God We Trust” society on its rear end.

You’re welcome to comment on any of the thoughts propounded on the list.  I’d have to say my favorite writer of all is Hitch, and of course Carl Sagan, both gone much too soon.

Pot Stories and Humanist Essays is in the middle on the right.  As always your purchase will help fund future ads on our highly regarded website, which means so much to us.

P.S.  I just finished the first one, The Baptizing of America.  Scary stuff, and it’s written be a rabbi.  These theocrats are well funded, fanatical and organized.  Let’s us know what we’re up against.

P.S. I don't mean to imply your statement here, Napoleon, contains keen insight. Your post here is an example of your vulgarity.

Napoleon, you never cease to amaze me with your vulgarity and your keen insight. Just when I am ready to block you, you say something intelligent that I want to read.

Nappy, you started off my post with the question:  Who the fuck are the Humanists of Sarasota Bay ?

Just because you've rejected the Christian religion doesn't mean you can live without good manners or thinking of others first.

So Napoleon, you can't have a cat in your apartment so you started feeding and made friends with a stray cat?  Just wondering.

Geez, Napoleon, I didn't mean to offend anyone.  I was just happy to be included with the likes of Carl Sagan, Chris Hitchens and Sam Harris.  Even Bertrand Russell was included.  My collaborator, Barbara Walker, sold over a quarter million books.  It was just a small bit of recognition that I felt I deserved.

We're a group of about five hundred like-minded anti-theists living on the Gulf Coast.  You can Google hundreds of website on Humanism which is growing rapidly as organized religion declines.

It's not a superb reading list ! It's a shit reading list.  Why be so hurtful and spiteful?  We're all entitled to our own opinion and it's the Internet.

<I say burn the lists, all the lists">>>  So did Hitler and the Nazis as soon as they came to power.  Not a good group to emulate.

<I recommend that Atheists should not read any of the books on the list.>>> So you're saying Letter to a Christian Nation, The God Delusion and The Demon-Haunted World, by Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins and Carl Sagan aren't worth reading.  What have you written that puts you in a position to criticize such eminent scholars?
