Where there is such a unity of interest and ownership that the separateness of the corporation has ceased and the facts are such that an adherence to the fiction of separate existence of the corporation would under the particular circumstances sanction a fraud or promote an injustice, separate identity will be disregarded
Greetings, Doc! I'm gradually looking around at this site. Not all that intuitive but I figure I'm bright enough to get there from here. I'm pretty isolated as an Atheist even here in California. A rather profound distaste, on my part, of Pseudo science eliminates an awful lot of the remaining non-theists around me. I'm something along the lines of a skeptical, analytical (when applied), wary political observer and general malcontent toward organized religions, cults and would be devourers of gullible minds.
So, what are you like? (Sorry, blatant 'Angry Kid' interrogative...)
Thank you for the welcome! It's turning out that I am one of the most militant atheists I've ever met. My son (in college, philo major, something of a revolutionary but with a good haircut) told me tonight that I sound like a fascist. Naah. Sarah Palin is a fascist. I'm just rational.
