The membership role of the National Academy of Sciences (93% atheist) would be a good place to start.  I'm sure they would be happy to mail him a copy. :)  I wish that Pastor Stahl was a bit more consistent on a personal level when it comes to translating beliefs into actions.  He doesn't want anyone "feeding Satan" yet every time he chews an antacid, pops an aspirin, takes that antibiotic or calls 911 about those chest pains he feeds medicine, the unholy spawn of evolution.  His bible commands him to do otherwise when these things happen yet he ignores that without the slightest concern.  Sort of like an atheist would.  Perhaps, by directing the attention towards others, he himself doesn't have to be outed.  I've seen this behavior in politicians as well. :)

how the hell are you going to register an atheist. Especially since many atheist are closet. So when you ask them they will either avoid the subject or ( if need be) lie. Good luck with that goose chase.

This is yet another presumption of the ubiquity of christianity and its supposed right to dictate because it is in the majority.  Mr. Stahl deserves to be thoroughly and publicly SPANKED for this inexcusable display of chutzpah.
